After many years spent with prestigious chefs (Anne-Sophie Pic, Michel Guérard, Olivier Roellinger and twelve alongside the Bras family), it is in Aubrac that Burgundian chef Jonathan Riboulet now works at his own table.
The Argence restaurant proposes a great gourmet stopover in the Aveyron, on the way to your vacation in the Aubrac or during a business trip near Laguiole.
Here, lovers of good food come to savor a terroir that lives following the seasons. Quality products carefully selected, preferably from a short circuit, which the chef sublimates with talent. During the week, it proposes a working menu to suit the clientele and bistronomic cuisine in the evening and on weekends. With Candice's cocktails, the alchemy is there in this elegant setting mixing tradition and modernity which is complemented by a pleasant terrace on sunny days.

Lunch: Tuesday to Sunday 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Evening: Wednesday to Saturday 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
In low season the rest of the year
The Argence restaurant is open:
Lunch: Sunday to Friday 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Evening: Monday to Thursday 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
On Sunday lunch the restaurant closes at 3:00 p.m.
